All of our gift boxes are individually assembled and fulfilled within 1-3 business days. All gifts are shipped from Southern California via USPS, priority mail.

We never include any receipts or packing slips with pricing inside our packaging.
Yes, all of our Ciolo gift boxes include a hand-written note. You provide us with your personalized message and we will include it in the box.
All gifts ship in a black or white magnetic box with black ribbon and a personalized message for a beautiful presentation.
We may wrap fragile items in bubble wrap to protect them from breaking during transit.
We make every effort to make sure our boxes are packed with care. If an unexpected circumstance occurs and something is broken, please contact us.
We take pride in ensuring that every gift that is sent is handled with care. While we don’t accept returns, we want you and your recipient to be satisfied. Please contact us if you need to change your order prior to shipping or if the order has arrived damaged.
In a rare circumstance that an item is not available, we will replace the item with a product of equal or greater value.
